Depression/Anxiety Services

The struggle of anxiety and depression can be so challenging.

My approach with clients is evidence-based and collaborative where I honor that YOU are the expert of you while I work to be a teacher and a champion for your wellness. I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art Therapy and Brainspotting.

Together we will forge a plan to help you better understand, recognize, manage and overcome your concerns.

Trauma Services

I have focused much of my career on understanding and working with trauma. I have completed extensive training with the models of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Therapy. I can use a single approach although I am most likely to weave these skills together to best support you and your system.

Together we will heal the ruptures of the past, enhancing your capacity to manage dysregulation while working towards expanding your overall capacity and sense of wholeness. 

Art Therapy Services

Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses creative activities like drawing, painting, and sculpting to help individuals express their emotions and improve their mental health. It allows people to communicate feelings that may be difficult to put into words, promoting self-awareness and personal growth. Together will create space for wellness and deepen your self-understanding.
