About Me
I completed my Master’s degree (M.A.) in Art Therapy in 2006 and have worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years. I have been in private practice since 2021. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC).
I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to understand and assist people through their struggles. I am able to provide 'traditional' counseling services as well as Art Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness-based approaches to help you deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and self-esteem struggles. I am direct, creative and open-minded and love working with people ages 13 and up. I offer both in-office and virtual appointments.

Pain is an inevitability of life. When we are disoriented and overwhelmed by life's pain, it can help to have a support person to confide in; someone who is equipped to listen without being burdened and guide without bias.

Emotional expression, increased awareness and skill development are necessary to grow through pain. I am here to help you manage, thrive and grow past life's thorns.
